Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Frosting
The seventh day of Ramadan fell on Mother’s Day this year. In celebration of Mother’s Day, I baked my mom her favorite white cake with fresh strawberries. Not only is this her favorite but mine too. I want to wish Happy Mother’s Day to my mom and to all the moms!
I baked this chocolate cake with strawberry frosting for my mother-in-law on Mother's Day. The edible flower bits and pistachios make this a perfect spring time cake. Who can resist!
