My favorite Mexican food has to be guacamole - hands down! Frankly I can eat it in any form, but my favorite is a chunky version with fresh cherry tomatoes, cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice, some mint, diced onions topped off with a dash of salt, pepper and of course you can’t forget the cumin. It’s almost like a salad, but it’s not. I can add a dollop of this freshly delicious made guacamole on any dish.
